Who said he was going to get thrown out of office? Senate already said they are wasting their time. Clinton’s approval rating hit its highest point after his. Best thing that could happen to him, and at the end of the 2 years the Democrats haven’t done shit

Most of his voters probably dont and will see it as a complete and total exoneration, it will energize his base and probably get him re-elected. Now, if they wanted to go after him over something that the majority of the American public can get behind...emoluments and illegal wars...this would destroy his approval rating with most rational people.

I totally agree with you except for one thing, his approval rating with rational people is zero. What’s terrifying is that over a third of this country are so out of their fucking minds insane, and those are the people that still support him

Clinton’s approval rating went up for several reasons. One not only was the economy doing good, but people were jaded by the tech bubble thinking that the future had arrived, And second of all because the guy got impeached for lying about getting a blowjob in the oval office and the big joke at the time was that the president got caught cheating and boy was Bill pissed when he found out. Because even back in the 90s, 20 years ago, people were already hating Hillary.

On top of that, Clinton was just a likable guy. Don’t forget the night that he was inaugurated for his first term, he went to a bar and got on stage and played saxophone with whatever band happened to be playing. Comparing Bill Clinton the person to Donald Trump the person is like comparing your best friend to the aunt that still spanks you when you were a teenager with the wooden paddle that had the rubber band and the little red ball attached.

If Donald Trump got impeached, it would be because he’s a fucking criminal who has divided this country into segments, those who support him, and those who don’t and instead of trying to win over the ones who don’t, he uses the people that support him to attack the people that don’t.

For Bill Clinton, impeachment was overkill, not that it mattered because it didn’t really do anything except label him as a president who had been impeached. It didn’t handcuff him at all. It didn’t remove him from office. For Donald Trump, impeachment is a waste of time. It won’t change anything, same as with Clinton and it won’t get it removed from office, so will just label him as an impeached president who will just keep on tearing this fucking country apart.

Nixon was a whole different story. Once he was completely exposed for the Watergate scandal, the Republicans led a bi-partisan effort to have him impeached and he quit before he could be removed from office.

No, if the Democrats want to do the right thing, it’s time for them to band together and throw the people that have no chance in the entire history of the planet of becoming president in 2020, off the campaign trail, Find two or three front runners to support during the debate season and let Congress, and only Congress, in the background to start working on criminal charges to pin on Donald Trump the day he walks out of the White House with his divorce papers in hand

You talking about other people falling for something hook line and sinker, is just funny. Actually, it’s not funny. It’s just typical of something you would say because like you, it is sad and it is pathetic. You support Donald Trump in an obsessive manner. You support Donald Trump the way six-year-old little girls lost their minds over the movie Frozen when it came out.

It is not logical nor is it healthy, the way you worship this fucking asshole. To have sat back for the last two years and watched has been utterly entertaining and horrifying at the same time. Every time you display your unadulterated and obsessive love for Donald Trump I keep hearing the same phrase going over and over in my head; “dance monkey, dance. “

That's the hilarious thing about these loons. They want Trump impeached for no crimes yet the Bush and Clinton dynasties walk free after scores of crimes as well as selling out America to foreign interests. You can't make this stuff up.

    Speaking of which:

Trump's approval rating hits highest point in two years

President Trump’s job approval rating is the highest it’s been in two years, boosted by voter optimism about the economy, according to the latest Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll survey.

The survey found that 48 percent approve of the job Trump is doing, compared to 52 percent who said they disapprove. That’s up from 45 percent approval in March. The last time the president’s job approval rating reached 48 percent in the Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll survey was in June of 2017.

Trump appears to be getting a lift from the economy, with a record 62 percent approving of his approach to employment and 59 percent approving of his handling of the economy.

While only 39 percent of voters said the country is on the right track, 51 percent said the economy is heading in the right direction. Seventy-one percent of voters said the economy is very strong or somewhat strong.

Personal thanks to dire, hip, frawk, and piggy for this. Keep up the great work guys!

Wrong answer, Ranger! Try 41%. Getting excited over 48% is cute to watch, though, loserboi...

like I said, he's trolling you.

anyway what the "impeach him it helps" crowds forgets to tell you is what happened to congress and the presidency after the failed impeachment of Clinton.......

the GOP was pursuing Bill Clinton's impeachment at the time of the 1998 mid-term elections and ended up losing a handful of congressional seats—which was unusual for an out-party during mid-terms. But they were also going up against a very popular incumbent, buoyed by a strong economy. And, notably, the impeachment vote occurred the month after the election. Later, after Republicans impeached and tried Clinton, there was a presidential election in which the GOP took control of the White House and kept the Congress, with "Clinton scandal fatigue" cited as a source of voter anger with the incumbent party even during a strong economy.

One can also easily imagine that Republican senators protecting an impeached, unpopular, scandal-tainted Trump from removal would not look particularly good for their party in the elections.
