It is the 2nd round. Irv Smith, Marquise Brown, Chris Lindstrom, Dexter Lawrence. Who u taking?

Running the mock draft simulator, below is who is still on the board when the Bills pick at 40
    https://thedraftnetwork.com/mock-draft-machine

*It doesn't matter who the Bills drafted in the 1st round, you are going BPA (okay the Bills selected Edge Montez Sweat)

    • Irv Smith, TE
    • Marquise Brown, WR (if the Bills add this speedster, the 2019 Bills will have the Blazing Bunch at WR)
    • Deebo Samuel, WR
    • Parris Campbell, WR
    • Riley Ridley, WR
    • JJ Arcega-Whiteside, WR
    • Chris Lindstrom, OG
    • Greg Little, OT
    • Kaleb McGray, OT
    • Yodny Cajustea, OT
    • Elgton Jenkins, IOL
    • Dexter Lawrence, DT

Two observations: a) Lot of good WRs should be available b) Not a lot of DTs left. If the Bills sign an Edge guy in FA, I could see them going DT in the 1st.

Ya I'm on board if we stay at 9 to take Wilkins or Captain EO Ed Oliver, it's just the smart play given this draft.

I'd still like to trade into the teens and maybe get lucky and Hockenson still be there.

I'd be pressed to go Lindstrom or Big Irv there. Also really like Deebo and with that we could dump McKenzie

3 months ago I really wanted OL in the 1st round, but it appears it is aligning for a DT at 9.

I would prefer a trade down also, the extra pick, plus get a good player in the 1st. Then in the 2nd I am torn. Lindtrom would be hard to pass up even though we signed a couple of OGs. If we draft a WR, I could see there being a lot of pressure on Zay Jones to step up or lose a lot of snaps to rookie, Beasley, and John Brown.

st round i got Sweat or TJ.Hockenson ....so 2nd round be either Irv Smith or Campbell if Sweat pick or Lindstrom /Little if TJH pick...from options mentioned .Rb another thing altogether if Jacobs or Sanders available i might invest bit early .

DT is the obvious favorite at 9 at this point, for value and need.

From the list of players above I'd probably favor Irv Smith in the 2nd.

Hard not to take Hollywood Brown in that scenario even though I really, really like the idea of giving Allen a good TE to work with.

if Buffalo goes Montez Sweat in the 2nd round I would go with Irv Smith Jr.

But Buffalo badly needs a 3 tech DT, so if Jerry Tillery or Daniel Wise are available it would be hard to pass them up since, 3 tech DT is a bigger need than TE.

I would then go TE in the 3rd round or 4th rounds with Jace Sternberger or Josh Oliver or Caleb Wilson

If Beane drafts 2 RB’s in the first 5 rounds, he should be fired.

Get a RB off the scrap heap.

Don’t waste draft picks on them.
