NOW is the perfect time to get a competent coach and GM in here

(Note: By "now", I mean "this season" ... Not exactly this moment)

Considering that Beane and McD tore this roster down to the studs, now is the time to get a real GM and Coach in here.

Someone who can do something with the $80 mil in cap room we will have and plenty of draft picks.

Beane has already shown he can't evaluate talent in Free Agency and McD is an absolute disaster on game day.

No need to wait 2 more years. Get a real coach and GM in here now to build it up.

You are insufferable. Okay, ace. WHO? You never answer this question. Beane and McDermott aren't going anywhere. Get used to it.

Lit you know that's not going to happen. We have like 1/3rd of our cap being spent on players that aren't even on the roster. The Pegulas had to have signed off on that.

McBeane is here until the end of next season at minimum. And it would take a colossal failure in 2019 to get them fired at the end of that season. I firmly believe that whatever happens this year, they'd have to win 6 or fewer games in 2019 to lose their jobs. And they'd probably have to have massive personality clashes with ownership and dysfunctional relationships inside the organization on top of it.

That's the reality of the situation.

I fully expect them to get 5 years.

That's what Bylsma and Murray thought too.

    Let's get real.

They didn't break any drought last year.

They fell ass-backward into the playoffs.

For goodness sake, they lost 5 of their last 9 games!

    Lit, you don't get it

How many coaches will Buffalo fire before you guys finally see that it doesn't work

With every new Coach and GM comes a rebuild. Dump players that are not your guys

Wade Phillips would have done a better job then 90% of the new coaches hired.

Its not the coaches, its the constant changes that kill this team.

You can't draft players that fit a 4-3 only to switch to a 3-4 the next season.

How about sticking with ONE GM & ONE COACH for 5 years?

Winning organizations Draft a QB then build around them.
