I never tried this until recently, and now I'm obsessed to the point I want to drink it out of the bottle. Aside from Chicken, what else do you guys put it on or use it for?

It's made near my home town. They catered my grad party. Such good chicken. All around the town of Evans people have been having BBQs they use Chiavettas.

Man I love their BBQ at the Erie Co. Fair. Had no idea you can get this on Amazon. That's great but I already put Cholula hot sauce on everything I eat.
Try chiaveytas marinated grilled chicken breast chilled and sliced 1/4" thick. Roll up a half a breast and a tong's worth of Caesar salad and shedded Parmesan cheese in a spinach tortilla. Like a chicken Caesar wrap with chiavettas.

I too put it on everything. I mostly use it as a dipping sauce for a lot of the meat I grill. I usually add a few drops of some hot sauce or habanero hot sauce and mix it up and dunk it.

I will give you a little tip.
If you are going to be brushing Chiavetta's on your grilling chicken pour some into a bowl and beat one egg into the sauce. This really helps the sauce stick to the grilling chicken.
When I've had this it reminded me of Cornell style chicken BBQ but with a bit more vinegar. Anyone familiar with Chiavetta's have an opinion one way or the other on that?
Its a marinade, not a sauce.

Add Sirrracha at a 4 parts chiavettas to one part Sirrracha. Great with pork. Gives the sauce a kick of garlic and heat. I've frozen boneless loin chops in this. Thaw it and toss on grill.

I get it in Hollywood Florida at Niagara Importers off of I-95 and Stirling.
When I get it, I get it by the case because I have intro'd enough folks at work to it that when I ask if anyone wants any I usually am buy 10-12 bottles at a time.
