When I was a kid, my Dad used to buy me a pack of hockey cards from the vending machine after everyone of my Saturday games.
I've got the whole '91 Score and Pro Set collections probably sitting in my Mother's basement somewhere.
Had some good rookie cards actually. Jagr, Brodeur, Nolan, Lindros, among others. Also had Hasek, Guerin, and Weight young prospect cards and a Bobby Orr insert for Score.
I managed to get all the Lindros series, Plante mask, and Howe collection in Pro Set, which were my favourites.
I also have a complete McDonald's hockey card set (complete with holograms) and an autographed Vince Carter ball, Mark Messier card, Paul Henderson book, and Bobby Orr golf ball.
Man I loved cards as a kid.
The Patriots are worse than a bunch of cheating bitches.
really nice to see some of the cards you guys have.
When I started collecting, for a brief period I thought I'd like to get a card of every player that ever played for the Bills. Couple of things put me off that idea - just how many guys there have been and the fact that a lot of the squad don't get cards made.
So, after a while I settled on collecting Eric Moulds.
I have 1296 different cards of his, out of the 2265 that were produced. I'm still looking to complete that collection, although there will likely be some of the 1 of 1s I'll never get.
I also have some really sweet Thurman and Jim Kelly limited editions, National Treasure auto'd cards, numbered 1 of 3.
Cudos to Millertime27 for the sig.
It means a great deal to me to know that the people in Buffalo are what made the Buffalo Bills in those glory days. Kent Hull
