I've been wondering the same things. Then again, those who deny any form of evolution see what happens when it is artificially eliminated from the majority of our species. If Chump actually keeps his word, the nation may toughen up a bit.

If not, we'll be as cucked out as mUrkel has done to the poor Germans. I asked in the Chumped thread which promises people expected Trump to fulfill, and which we'd get Chumped on. Feel free to answer.

Political Correctness is a term that doesn't make sense to me, but being civil to one another is important. Everyone should be able to live there life as they wish and not judged for it.
I'm sorry, but this comes across as pabulum to me. You're a decent fellow, so be clear I do not intend to insult you. Civility is important. I simply find this notion of tolerance too abstract and not in line with reality. Social mores always prescribe some behavior as good and others as unacceptable, if not evil. The approbation and censure of certain actions is always ethically charged. We generally agree that psychotic and destructive actions ought to be resisted. There is a consensus judgment that such actions are wrong. Real disagreement occurs when what is strongly held by one group or person as necessary for the good is opposed or thought a mere option by others. The blithe advice to "live and let live" already presupposes a criteria of what is good, what it means to be a human being, what constitutes the common good, society, etc. If one simply presumes without argument the greater viability and truth of one's perspective against dissent, one does so with totalitarian aplomb, even if it is done in the name of so-called tolerance. I take it that political correctness is tantamount to this haughty presumption by elites that they possess enlightenment and sensitivity that allows them, in fact, to judge the "troglodyte, bigoted" masses who disagree. It allows them to righteously silence dissent. And this happens in major media and academia all the time. In short, it's a pseudo-tolerance; its the confluence of power using identity politics and victimhood as weapons and actual contempt and abuse towards the so-called empowered (whites, men, Christians, etc.) that appalls by its hypocrisy and invites anger from those who see in it rank injustice.

I prefer less government/lower taxes so I am going to vote for the candidate that best matches that. At every turn Hillary was calling for more government and higher taxes.

So far this year, the Cubs have won the World Series and Donald Trump has been elected president. The Buffalo Bills winning the Super Bowl is not entirely out of play. I hold onto that hope.

The last paragraph was one I was thinking about posting earlier. Actually the first paragraph sounds like my basic philosophy too. But yeah, let's hope for the trifecta!

I seriously wonder if we can survive much longer as a nation and as a species.
It gets even worse. Our colleges are full of useless liberals/socialists/communists that are breeding more of the same. It is time to stop th gravy train of higher education, get rid of so many worthless teachers and their ridiculous courses and get back to the basics of teaching real valued courses in the arts and sciences. Hey, kiddies, you all aint getting no free education from the big tit of the gov'ment; you need to pay for it yourself or earn a scholarship or have your parents pay for it if they have a mind to or a pocket book to match. We really need to lean down the colleges and it can start with alumni and how and where their money gets used on campus. How many worthless state universities are their in California alone? There is another thing we can thank Donald Trump for with his win; the pussification and leftist take over of our universities has been exposed to the core! TRUMP!!!!!

Trump won because the Democrats chose the worst possible candidate they could find.

And the fans of each NHL team lined up 2 by 2, but those wearing Maple Leafs jerseys were turned away
