when the rest of the Sabres look like a bunch of high schoolers out there. This game is just like the opening game of the year.
Granted Miller screwed up in the beginning but our D is looking pretty bad.

And Miller pulled a Hasek in front of Hasek. And then schooled him in the Shootout!

I agree about them being off for 7 days but you get paid show up. I am just happy they finally started pulling it together although they were totally outshot. I am still amazed they won the game.

Miller has already stolen 2 of the 4 games this year. It would nice to see the Sabres blow someone out, real soon.
It would be nice to do it to the ass rangers.

Exactly, We looked awful the first 18 minutes. Peters fight I think really got this team headed in the right direction. I think if we can look that bad against a team like Detroit and still stay right in there, we can beat any team in this league

Unfortunately this was a typical Sabres game. Start out poorly and eventually begin to wear the other team down as the game progresses. The mantra in our house has always been when we are losing 2-1 at the end of the second period is "We have them right where we want them"

hell yeah... its hard to get back into the swing of things so early in the season, but you're right man.
that's just how they do it. it all goes back to that comment by RJ, "scary good."
who knows what will happen when they start getting better and putting in solid efforts the whole night through?
get it done TONIGHT BOYS!!
ITS GAME DAY BABY!!!!

Are you referring to the helmet save he made late in the game? I wonder if Miller did that intentionally ;)
