the third jersey on sale already?

I feel like they're trying to move all the slugs they can because they know the third jersey is gonna sell like pancakes.

Can't wait to see the team play the Rangers wearing the OFFICIAL LOGO.

Hell, I can't wait to see the team play again PERIOD. Longest week ever. I was actually sitting down and watching Pens-Rangers. Damn!

lol...funny post. It has been a long week.

I was actually just discussing the lack of third jerseys for sale tonight. I wondered if they were selling the third jersey yet. They weren't when I was in town and went to the scrimmage. They are definitely trying to give the slug an advantage in sales and limit fans options. But, it doesn't matter how much time they give it, if they release the old style jerseys -- they will sell 5 times faster than the new ones. I believe sales are going to be absolutely crazy.

I will double the post of longest week ever, in reference to waiting for a sabres game. I order a throwback or third jersey now, last year. Got a derick roy , looks sweet. I forgot how nice the blue and gold looked. I did how ever order a slug this week (teppo). Hey , maybe it will be a collecters iteam one day..you known like the USFL..

Im actually not looking forward to the throwbacks at all. First off, the away blue ones are pretty ugly; should have used the all time great white ones. Secondly, the jersey does not match anything else the player has on so it looks pretty damn stupid.

Who the hell made the schedule? There is no reason to have this long of a gap in games.

Seriously. I have forced myself to scout other teams on good ol' Center Ice.


Conclusion: other teams suck. Especially the Rangers.

Can't wait to get the Vintage 3rd!

Who should I get though, LaFontaine would match the colours, especially if they are thinking about updating the vintage to the new colours...though I do like how Afinogenov and Pommers are looking...

I'm leaning toward Max, or do I wait and get LaLa this year, and Max, when they update the vintage...????

Or Max this year, Pommers when they update...lol!!!!

its not even a 3rd jersey... its a throwback.

yes, its the 3rd jersey they will be allowed to wear this seson, but no additional design or effort has gone into this jersey what so ever...

its the old jersey. im sure you can wait another few months for something thats 30+ years old... lol

I had thought about it because we share the same first name! (Mine is spelling in the 'female' version of Renee, however). When I saw your post, I read it fast and thought you were talking to me! It's been a LONG week for me... :D

Anyway, just thought that was funny that you used his first name right after my post and I mistook it for my name, not Robert's.

I need my Sabres hockey fix...fast!
