while the family at home is lonely and going through its own stresses?
Give 'em a cardboard cutout of your loved one,and it'll be all right!

The families of those who serve have to deal with the prospects of divorce, budgetary
matters, becoming single-parent homes overnight(never mind what the kids go through)-and that's just those who DON'T die or lose limbs. The sacrifices these folks make is real-but they're taken for granted by some. And some cheap-ass cardboard cutout will NEVER substitute for the real deal. In short, this is a pathetic substitute.
