I'm in trouble and need help please...

I joined a league with some of my fraternity brothers ($10 buy-in, winner-take-all), and I happened to miss the draft because of a meeting.

With 12 owners, I was somehow lucky enough to pick up Carson Palmer in the second round. The league rewards QB's, as they get 1 point for every 20 yards throwing. The league is harder on WR's, as they get 1 point for every 20 yards receiving instead of 10 yards receiving. RB scoring is the usual.

I am interested in picking up another RB because my only good one is Cadillac Williams, and we are allowed a WR/RB position. So, would it be prudent for me to trade away Palmer in exchange for Bulger and Barber? I'm thinking that Bulger should throw for about the same amount of yards as Palmer, just with less TD passes. That difference should be made up by the addition of Barber.

Update: The guy rejected my offer of Palmer for Bulger and Barber. He countered w/ a trade that didn't even include those two. Unreal that he thinks I would even think about accepting.

I made some moves and dropped Chris Brown and added Travis Henry, now the Texans' starter. Also, Lundy has been declared the starter for the Texans so I feel a lot better as of right now.

I think C. Taylor could have a big year. Don't trade Palmer, not worth it.

Your team is pretty good as stands. I would stand pat for a few weeks see how your team plays out then make some moves later if the need still exists.
