what is the ONE thing that would stop you from voting for someone?


i would never vote for someone who was anti-abortion.


you can only pick ONE. that's it! not 2 or 3........ only ONE. i mean it. (you know who you are).

I would not vote for someone who thinks the 2nd amendment isn't an individual right.

This is as opposed to a (disingenuous) "collective" right.

Generally, anyone who wants to get involved in foreign wars that in no way, shape or form concern our security.

Thats part of it. The other part is that it would allow us to lower spending or redistribute it to social programs. Troops would be at home and they could secure the boarders. It would help a lot of people and in the long run we would benefit.

Uhhhmmmm. No. Really stupid statement. More government dependancy and wealth redistribution. We won't even go there. Social programs need to be slowly cut over the next 50 years. Just freeze COLA and let them wither. People will adapt.

And a powerful military is the #1 deterrent against aggression. Think we would have invaded Iraq if the whole Russian army was defending it?

First paragraph I disagree and I already think you know why. For the second paragraph, well yes a powerful military is a deterrent. We could still have one and it would be easier to maintain if it wasn't strung out across the globe entangled in fruitless wars.
