Question for Torontonians about Toronto radio

I live in Buffalo, but I have been listening to "Humble Howard" on 99.9 because the all the morning shows in Buffalo suck. I find out through the radio station that Howard has been fired and replaced by a certain duo "MadDog and Billie". They seem to be getting alot of negative rep. My question is who the hell are they?

If you like humble howard, you probably won't like mad dog and billie. They are local DJs who have been rotating around other Toronto stations. Can't stand them.

I would suggest trying CFNY 102.1 morning show - Howard's replacement is still there. Might be too sophmoric for you though.

I've listened to 102.1's show...Dean Blundell right? They can be funny at times, and retarded on others. So, let me get this straight, MadDog and Billie have just been bounced around because they suck? Their advertisements sounded like they caused some controversy/trouble on another station. I almost got the impression of a lower scale Howard Stern type thing. So are you telling me it's just a ratings thing?
