How about none? If you hate a team, good. You have someone to root against. If Oakland wasn't a team, where would all the hate be directed to? You need a team like Oakland, love em, or hate em. Plus, you have some of the alltime winningest teams on that list. Alot of history, and tradition.

Whatever teams caused the league to re-align and make 4 team divisions.....

The OG AFCE was better.

dispand the expansion and moved teams. The texans and Jags can be done away with.

I have one that you would want disbanded, but I think you are right. But how about the Chiefs? That of course is a However if I was to change the league any I would relocate a couple of teams such as the Bolts to Los Angeles and the Jags to San Antonio. I would disband any team that relocated even when it had a good fan base and that owner or group of owners responsible for the team relocating despite good attendance and what not would not be allowed to operate again until the city/region they screwed was given a replacement team. Oh and players would be distributed to the other teams in a distribution draft and cap rules would be altered to allow this.

That or keep the Texans and rename them the Texans, Move the Bolts to LA and reduce the league to thirty teams and six divisions of five teams.

None. Be careful of what you wish on others.

The Los Angeles Bills does not have a good ring to it.
