The Bandits traded Jeff Shattler and their second round pick in 2007 to Calgary for Kevin Dostie.

It seems like a good deal for the Bandits, they trade for a guy who scored 52 goals in his career, for a guy who has not played 52 minutes in his career and to be honest, I have no idea who Jeff Shattler is.

Vyse >>>>>> Shattler anyway.
Plus Dotsie has scored 107 points in 45 games, thats pretty damn good stats. Hes a good player and will be in our lineup every week, more than we can say for Shattler. Good deal for both teams.

Shattler was the Bandits 1st pick in the entry draft last season, but was injured in trainning camp. He was on IR for most of the year, and played in the season finale against Philly. The article is wrong because it says he was here for 2 years, but this was clearly his first season with the team.

Smart move, a goal scorer for a guy who hasn't been healthy enough to put up anything yet. Now let's build ourselves a winner, bring back Jim Veltman for a year!

Well, its not that Jeff Shattler was really hurt at all, he just couldnt crack the lineup because of the talent we had on the roster.
I dont know about bringing scoop back, hes old and will most likely finish his career up in Toronto.

Okay guys, enough with the exclamation points business--it's gotten old.
