just another day in Rochester........

sorry operation impact is a failure. for such a small city to lead the state in murder is kinda sad and quess what Business leaders who think where should we relocate can read the paper.... this kind of news does not make Rochester or Buffalo look good when your trying to get business to move in.
Thugs with guns? maybe the problem but the problem is more like this no jobs so what do they do they decide to sell drugs and add a police force that can not stay on top of things even with well over 700 officers?.....
Just think what would happen to Rochester and Buffalo if they ever became meth city this level of violence is without a huge meth trade...........
This is nothing new and all these projects are not solving anything. The city needs about 200 more street cops but has no money for that.
And for a city of hardly 200,000 to need 900 officers is kinda sad in itself.
