Really.

Canadians have never been anything but exceptionally cordial to me when I visit.

Sure you have a ****ed up socialist government but that is YOUR business, not mine. As long as you embrace human freedom I am cool with your business.

It is a very clean nation.

It is technologically advanced. We hire engineers from Queen's U. UT, and McGill U regularly. Canadian engineers were critical in development of the space shuttle. These people are no dummies. On par with the US technologically. We just outnumber them 10:1

Responsible. They are protecting the people of Afghanistan. Far cry from the contenious situation in Iraq. The Taliban were nuts.

Dieppe. This took balls of Steel.

Sword, Juno, Gold. Ticat can tell us which beach they assaulted on D-day. But a lot of jews a alive today because of them. I tip my hat to the Canadian Military. Small, but gutsy and badass.

Beer: Nuf' said.

Peameal bacon sandwiches. YUMMY!!!

Your ciggarettes suck though!

And I'm not hearing any props for lacrosse, either.

Your ciggarettes suck though!Juno. My mother's uncle was on a secret commando mission in dieppe. 13 men took a radar specialist off the beach ,fought thru a town, took over a bridge and then took over their radar installation. They held that ,untill the spec got the info they needed. When they returned to the beach , the uncle and one other soldier and the radar guy were still alive. My uncle held the rear while the other 2 made it to the water and a boat. They made it,but a french women on the 2nd floor of a building called out to the germans and pointed to where he was , so he high tailed it to the water but was cut down. I found a book in england that was about that mission. It only came to light in the last 15 years. The info they returned with saved alot of airmens lives.
