SPACEK BUFFALO BOUND

UFA DMan, Jaroslav Spacek, has reportedly agreed to a multi-year deal with The Buffalo Sabres. Terms unavailable at this time. Like Pronger, Spacek opted out of Edmonton.
If you watched The Oilers in the postseason, you'd have noticed Spacek's offensive and defensive prowess.
Great addition to the Sabres blueline.
Spacek is more offensive than McKee and has a mean streak to boot. Solid penalty killer . Strong PP contributor. Spacek and Al Kotalik played together for The Czechs at Torino. Kotalik loves the one-timer from the half-wall, and, Spacek throws solid pass. Should be an instant click for the Sabres PP that finished in the top 5 last regular season, however, they were dreadful on the PP vs. Ottawa and Carolina.
Spacek is 32 years old. He's 5'11 206lbs. and shoots left.
