Plus,the military didn't even follow its own rules in this matter.

Last year,nearly 2 dozen soldiers took their own lives....nearly one out of 5 non-combat deaths.

Are we so short-staffed on troops that we have stooped this low?

War is hell...we all know that. Those that have trouble adjusting to civilian life should get all the therapy and help they need. And it does not mean putting them right back in the line of fire.
