This to me represents the worst in human beings- worse than just about anything I could imagine. I just wish there were more ways to punish people like this for such acts. I am very sad, and quite disturbed.

Having just read the story makes me queasy. Not sure if I can steel myself to see the video.

I used to work for just such a company for 4 years;we transport those(using wheelchair vans,refitted school buses,minibuses,minivans,et al)who are blind,have similar disabilities,or who have no other means of transportation to get to vocational programs,medical appointments,etc.(Basically,name it and odds are they do it.) I never pulled that crap on any of my clients,and if I had I would fully expect to get fired. She should have been fired on the strength of that excuse ALONE. Either that,or get a refresher course on courtesy and civility.
