This series is tied at 2. The reason? Buffalo is not playing their game. After the 8-2 win at home in game 2, Buffalo reverted to playing Philly's game: Physical, physical, and more physical. Instead of trying to use their speed to get around the defense and aging forwards, the Sabres are trying to hit them and beat them at their own game. This, along with missed opportunities: missed breakaways, missed penalty shots, struggling power plays, etc. If Buffalo loses this series, they have nobody to blame but themselves- not injuries, not the refs, and not the Flyers. But if they are to take back control of the series at the HSBC Arena on Sunday afternoon, they must play THEIR game and capitalize on their opportunities.
Also, this being my 1000th post, I want to thank all the rangers who make this board possible, and who make all the rangers' days just a little bit brighter.
