The final rankings are in and some players have moved dramatically.

In round #1 the rankings are Huff #8, Bunkley #9, Justice #10 and Ngata #11.

Hali has slipped to the 2nd round but not enough for us. Gabe Watson DT, Eric Winston OT, Marcus McNeil OT, John McCargo DT, Deuce Latui G and Darnell Bing S should all be there at #42.

There is a chance that Daryn Colledge OT could still be on the board when we pick in round #3 (70th)

Will Blackmon CB/WR has moved up from round #5 to earlt round #3. Victor Andeyanju DE has also moved up from a 5th to 3rd. Ray Edwards DE, on the other hand, has dropped down into the middle of round #4. Barry Cofield DE/DT has moved up from round #5 to the early part of round #4. Stanley McClover has moved up all the way from round #6 to round #4. Elvis Dumervil DE is now considered no better than a mid 7th round pick.

When we pick in round #5 it is possible that Martin Nance WR, Jesse Maholena DT, Guy Whimper OT, Greg Eslinger C and Montavious Stanley DT will all still be on the board.

Only 84 hours to go!

If Marv can get 2 starters, I might stop questioning him...for a while...but listening to him talk about Henry Jones or Jeff Wright or Shane Colin every time he talks about evaluating talent is soo annoying, watch Modrak at the Press Luncheon, you can tell the Shane Colin references are getting ridiculous.

The scouting staff must spend most of its time rolling their eyes…as Grampa talks about how – back in his day “I said no, we’re drafting Shane Colin over some guy that went to jail.”

Like every person over 80 - Marv tells the same stories over and over again…could you imagine working in that environment.

agreed. i think it is imperative that we pick at least 2 guys that can play this year. the number 8 pick should absolutly play and there is no reason why we can't get a gaurd who can start with our 2nd round pick. I suppose nothing is for certain, but we need some help right away. maybe we'll get lucky and get 3 or 4 guys who can contribute this year.
