8.) Buffalo Bills - Michael Huff, DB, Texas. Huff may not be the Bills' biggest need, but he's exactly what new GM Marv Levy wants. He is a fantastic athlete with even better leadership and people skills. After running a 4.36 40 at the combine, Huff made himself the preeminent defensive back in the draft. He is primarily a safety, but he can also succeed as a cornerback. Drafting Huff will allow the Bills to trade their bickering No. 1 cornerback Nate Clements for good value.

I agree w/ what he has to say except the part about trading Nate
I dont think the drafting of Huff means at all that we would trade Nate.
I do think it gives us a insurance policy against him leaving in the future though

"Adding Moss will make Bears GM Jerry Angelo forget all about Randle El, provided he doesn't duplicate former Miami star Roscoe Parrish's rookie year in Buffalo last season."
A little shot at Roscoe Parrish, but he was injured so I'll let it slide.
More and more mock drafts have Mario Williams going to the Jets which would kill us for years. They have Mangold going to the Jets here too. They are on the bottom of the NFL right now but those are 2 pretty good players to build around.

Let's see...our starting defensive tackles were Adams and Edwards, with Bannon and Anderson the backups. We got rid of 3 of the 4. Hmmmmmm. ???? But what we should do is first draft a safety (where we have an starter Bowen newly brought in) or a linebacker (where are starters are as good or better than any other teams). 2 of our first 3 picks should be DT's. AT #8 we take Ngata (a big body but with usual quickness who can bull rush and penetrate) and at #42 we Watson, McCargo, or Wroten. We woudl then have a fearsome interior line that other teams would have to scheme against rather than just playing their regular game. Ngata and Watson would rotate a lot to stay fresh (see Levy's recent comments), except on 3rd or 4th and one. (try running between the tackles against Watson and Ngata- we would own that down). The world's best safety can only be in one spot at a time (there is a lot of room for the wide receivers after 6 seconds). Big bodies would keep blockers off of our smaller fast LB's. An improved pass rush would make an average safety, look good and "indirectly" upgrade that position.

We also signed Tripplet. If we don't take a DT in round 1 we will surely take one in round 2 or 3.Draft the bpa available in round 1, not the best player at the position you need.
