What should I do?

The other day my neighbor's dog ran onto my yard and started barking at me.......which caused my dogs to go crazy and start barking......I yelled at the dog and it just stood its ground....so I ran at it and it took off....But after I turned around the damn thing comes walking back.....so I chased it again....this went on for about five minutes then it went home.

Today it did it again but now it just wont stop coming back.....and it looks like it wants to attack my dog (a beagle).

My neighbors are slobs they have junk everywhere in their yard and house. and most of their animals are in bad shape....Im pretty sure they dont feed them. the animals fend for themselves......sadly they have a ton of cats which dont live very long.

I called animal control today and the operator told me they cant just come and pick up the dog.....unless it bites me! But he told me monday he would have the control officer call me back...what should I tell them...everything? the thing is what if the officers dont see it as bad as I do.....and I look like a fool? I definitly need this damn dog gone.....I dont know how I convince them to come out here and get it.

they can pick up a dog if its being abused. not feeding it is most certainly abuse. don't complain about being scared of getting bit - complain that they are abusing their animals.

you could also call the ASPCA.

Where do you live? In NY? In an urban area? If not then what I would do is pull out my Colt .45 and shoot the piece of shit right between the eyes. Then put its corpse in a garbage bag and send it out with the trash.

Its like half german shepard half wolf looking dog.....its got two different colored eyes......its not big like a shepard though because like all their dogs and cats it doesnt get proper nutrition which causes sunted growth.

I live way the hell out in western NY......orleans county very very rural.....and I would just toss the body in the creek behind my house.

I tried animal control, waste of time, I finally had to call 911 and report a rabid dog loose and they took and handled it for me, havent seen the dog since. The cops contacted animal control with a 911 call and they came out in minutes.
