The REAL Sabres

Chugger stood on his head and O'Toole was horrendous. The perfect recipe for a great win and first place! Wooo!!
House led the way with 7 goals (and an assist) on 11 shots.
All in all, Bandits players had more goals than Knighthawks goalies had saves!!
Oh and the officating was terrible but we were killer shorthanded!!

As I have said elsewhere i'm not sure i have ever seen the bandits or any other team for that matter score on over 50% of their shots. That's insane for the NLL. Goodbye BDS and hello Troy. I been saying this all season since the 1st game he played. Why dont they play bonterre. He absolutely owned the hawks tonight. He was knocking them around like rag dolls and nobody could touch him. At the end of the game when he dropped his gloves on Evans and then tried to pick him up off the ground to fight....that was priceless. Great f'n game.....Welcome back to 1st place boys.

That had to be the coolest thing I've ever seen at a game!! The Evans felons run their mouth so much, and act so tough, yet I dont know he wouldnt get him when Troy was helping him, he looked like he was playing dead haha.

Not to mention McCready and Scott Evans had a rematch of their fight last week in Rochester(which saw Pat get tossed, and never even let Scott get one punch in). You could just tell that they were itching to find the right time to drop gloves. This time,it was a bit more even, with both guys getting their fair share of punches in,but no one hit that decked the other guy. Harold Lederman called it a draw. :)

that was great..i would have def did the same thing and just played dead.. and then shawn just kept running his mouth.. i mean i hate them more than neone in the league but they could be the stupidest players in the league for tryin to mess with troy..

Holding Grant to 0 goals is crazy... just crazy!
O'Brien would take Troy, no problem... Troy wouldn't drop em in the Championship game last year and he wouldn't drop them in summer ball when Six Nations played against Brampton... :D

It's only the 3rd time in his 91 game NLL career that he's been hold scorless. Hell he only had 3 assists as well. :gobandits:

You sure about that???
"His prowess as a fighter was enhanced last summer, when as a member of the OLA's Six Nations Chiefs, he fought Tim O'Brien of the Brampton Excelsiors. In the winter, O'Brien plays for the Toronto Rock and has been voted the NLL's best fighter by his peers.
"He's the champ but it was a good fight," said Bonterre, who scored four goals and 10 points with the Chiefs in 15 games. "It was over quick. He had me tied up so I threw him around a bit. There are guys in this league who are more technical than I am but I'm lucky because I can just overpower them, throw them where I want them to go."

Nothing's a given,folks.
San Jose is in the same boat we were in a few games ago: great goaltending and D,but a crappy offense.

The one thing that was the best about this game was that i was literally in the next section next to like at least 50 rochester fans. Haha must of been a sucky ride home.

I've made that ride home from Rochester to Buffalo after a couple Bandits losses over the years, and it seems to take 3 times longer to get home than it should!

it waz crazy, anyone sitting in 117 or 116 can tell u that the security had to be called on some fans cause after the fight everyone waz making fun of Evans for getting his ass beat. they had to call the security to sit next to the penalty box so that ppl would stop making fun of him. what an amazing game though, holy shit

Espacially after losing in overtime, like the Bandits had a habit of doing. But the ride home is great after an OT win like two weeks ago.

Yeah I'd like to, which would be the cloest to London? I think I'll be staying in London with my friend from school, so hopefully I could catch some OLA to go with the WFLC.

It was actually 18 goals, but still I would rather lose by a lot then lose in OT...the emotional rollercoaster of losing in overtime really makes that ride home suck. If your getting blown out you aren't getting excited about a win only to have it ripped from you!

If you are staying in London, there aren't any Major or Jr. A teams close by, however London does have a Jr. B team... there aren't too many in that area...
There are quite a bit of teams in the Toronto area...
Major: Brampton, Brooklin
Sr. B: Ajax-Pickering, Booklin
Jr. A: Kitchener, Burlington, Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Whitby
Jr. B: Clarington, Markham, Scarborough, Oakville, Mimico, Guelph
If you plan on checking any games on the way home in the Toronto area, not sure if you are going through Ontario, or the USA, let me know!!

Why did you stop?? Harass them everytime the come into the BOX. It is a lot easier when we have such a big lead but you can get under their skin. I saw the one guy giving him an earful which is great.
I remember when NF had OLA we got to Kevin Dance so good he got extra time.
