I have none. People have been shitting on him everywhere but I still stand behind the guy that won the Rose Bowl for his team.
Still, a 6?

If he is there at pick 8, I would draft him. Worst case, we get a Brees and Rivers situation. Well, worst case would be none of them play well, but I think Vince Young has all the unmeasurables and untestables.
I doubt the Raiders would pass on him though.

Point is? Have you seen exactly what level of questions are on the Wonderlic? Check out this link...
http://espn.go.com/page2/s/closer/020228test.html
If he can only get 6 questions out of 50... that is f'in PATHETIC... and he CANNOT play QB in the NFL. It takes a certain level of intelligence to make reads and adjustments... and if he did get a 6... he simply would be too dumb to be a successful QB in the NFL...
However, if he converted to WR... intelligence wouldnt nearly be as big of an issue...

Normally, but this guy just has natural instincts out on the field and thats why he will be a top 10 pick. He can have one read, if its not there, make something happen by either throwing out of the pocket or running sometimes.
Plus, I like Vince Young's attitude. He's a winner. I could careless about some stupid questions when it comes to a guy who plays with instinct like he does.

It's not like Texas ran the most complicated scheme. Look right, look left, no one open then run. But a 6?

you can't fail it.... it's like the SAT's.... and I would think Brooks did well. Virginia's a fine academic institution.

...nevermind, I found out myself. Losman got a 31 on the wonderlic.
...heh, and apparently the Cowboys have the "smartest" QBs. Bledsoe (37), Henson (42), and Romo (37)

Depends on where you look
allegadly(sp) he took it twice
The first he got somthing Like a 7 or 10
Then the second time he got what you found a 31
Some people hammered on it b/c the test is easier the 2nd time around

Dan Marino only got 14
which is ALMOST 3X the 6 Young got. meaning look the guy is DUMB as a rock most likely. HE CAN definately play football and has talent...but man I don't know about having him run a NFL Offense with a 6. I mean its not like a lineman or DL guy getting a 6 I mean this is the guy RUNNING your offense getting a 6...man IMO this would make me think twice about where I draft him if im a GM..id be wondering if he could run a NFL calibre Offense...even dumbed down.....

Info...
The buzz at the Scouting Combine is supposed to come from fast 40 times and the like, however, the key number at this year’s event could have nothing much at all to do with football per se. Texas QB Vince Young, who is projected to be one of the top 3 players elected at this year’s draft but isn’t working out this week, may have seriously hurt his final draft grade when he reportedly scored only a 6 on the Wonderlic test given to all prospects this week. The average score for an NFL prospect is roughly 19, but QBs generally score somewhat higher. Matt Leinart of USC quarterback, the other top-rated QB this year, scored a 35 on his test, while Vanderbilt QB Jay Cutler reportedly has scored in the upper-20s in the past. The low score has set of alarm bells among teams thinking about taking Young with a high pick this year as it has raised further questions about his ability to grasp the myriad of responsibilities of an NFL quarterback. Indeed, prior to the test, there had been stories floating about that the Texas offense really didn’t take off under Young until the Longhorn coaches dramatically simplified the scheme by instructing the athletic Young to just make one or two reads and if nothing was open just take off. That worked in college, but is a much longer shot in the pros.

According to the Texans GM, the Wonder test ranks DEAD LAST on what the scouts/coaches/GMs look at.
All Vince has to do is show him the tape of the Rose Bowl for his test. He got a perfect score there, when it really matters.

Evidently you wouldn't have done much better. 14 is only slightly higher than 2x what Vince Young got. It doesn't even reach the halfway point between 2x (12) and 3x (18). Nice try though.

So the guy can throw laser beam passes all over the field. He can score from almost anywhere on the field running the ball.He is huge and powerful and can run like the wind.Trouble is he can't figure out how to open a bottle of aspirin. Now the question is does that keep an NFL GM from drafting him? I think not!

How stupid can some of these guys be? They hire trainers to prepare them for the biggest job interview of their life, the NFL Combine, but they don't take one afternoon to brush up on some simple math so that they don't ruin their stock in the draft. It isn't like this was a pop quiz. Why not take a practice test before hand?
This 6 is going to hurt him more than if he ran the 40 like Richard Simmons!!!!

The wonderlic says nothing about the ability to play quarterback. A low score means you won't cut it in math or linguistics. It says little about your ability to learn and nothing about your ability to read defenses. The teams pay little attention to it. It's all just part of the big scouting combine media hype.

On Cowherd this morning he said they looked into this claim and 95% of successful QB's (winning records) scored a 25 or better on the wonderlic.

That only shows that people have no idea how to deal with statistics. How big is the sample size? The statistic is worthless without that information. How is the percentage of unsuccessful QBs with a score better than 25?
If you want to know how well he can read defenses, talk to several of his coaches. Watch game film. It will tell you all what the wonderlic won't. Besides, the teams have their own 'intelligence' tests that are much more football related.
