I've watched a lot of basketball here is what I think now:

East
1. Detroit vs. Spurs in the finals. Pistons win in 7.
2. Miami will lose in the 1st round of the playoffs to Milwaukee, Indiana or Cleveland.
3. The East sucks. The Raptors will be a suprise #8 seed.
4. NJ will lose in the first round
5. Indiana will trade Artest to the West (either the Nuggets or Lakers)

West
1. If Amare comes back healthy and gets in mid-season form for the playoffs the Suns may upset the Spurs.
2. Lakers and Nuggets make the playoffs, T-Wolves do not.
3. If the Lakers get Ron Artest they are an immediate contender
4. Nash will win MVP again

I have the Pistons and Spurs in the Finals, too, but I have the Spurs winning it.

If the Pistons get close to 70 wins, Billups has a good chance of being MVP.

The Raptors are not making the playoffs.
