Adam Shefter of NFL Total Accessreports Herm Edwards is going to the Chiefs, pending on the teams working out a compensation. Apparently DC Henderson would go with him.

Herm wanted more money, but the Jets front office disagreed, so KC wants to get him, but the Jets will want compensation. The Jets might get a few mid round picks. There is a good possibility KC will get Herman Edwards.

They've been talking about it for a while. Carl Peterson and Edwards are long time buds. Lots of players on the Chiefs O aren't going to be happy. They wanted Saunders.
I'd still trade Mularkey for Al Saunders straight up. We could have had him!

A veteran Willie Roaf teaching a young Jason Peters how to play tackle. I could live with that.

Willie Roaf is supposedly calling it a career.
