ngata has shown absolutely nothing tonight he can't beat oklahoma double teams hasn't really gotten any pressure at all on bomar
I'm not impressed, all this talk led to great expectations
now I'm even more interested in seeing rod wright play

ngata finally gets his first push at 9:20 of the third going against chaisson one on and pushes him back three steps before the guard gets leverage
result td oklahoma

he is not being blown off the ball but he is being moved around quite efficiently
he isn't quick at all, he looks fat and slow

I'll add that adrian peterson is everything willis was supposed to be
he gets pretty dinged up but runs with great speed and power, he's going to be special in the nfl

Couple of things on Ngata
-I thought he showed pretty good agility and range for his size
-I think the Oregon coaches use him wrong. Now what I mean by this is that it seems to be Ngatas job on most of the Defensive plays is to just occupy blockers, this allows the LB's to run, and his main responsibility to wait for the ball carrier to pass, ie spy peterson to the middle and watch the QB.
-Hes a bit raw
-He has all the physical attributes you would like to see in a DT
-He seems to take plays off
Overall: 7 out of 10, I was not overally impressed w/ What I saw. Right now as far as DT's go I would take Bunkley from Fla St over him.
Davin Joesph
Its hard to really get a gage on him b/c he is more of a guard than a LT and that where he'll play in the NFL.
I liked What I saw of him though
-He has great leverage
-Seems to move well when in a crowd
-Finishes blocks
Overall 9 out of 10, He'd be a great 1st round pick to upgrade the O-line
Another kid that caught my eye was RG C.Chester from Okla
He seems to have a ton of agility and great leverage. He was very fast on the pull and had did a great job against Ngata
This kid would be a great late 1st day or 2nd day pick

I was highly disappointed. But I'd take anybody from the secondary. 23 picks this year! Wroten shot up my board and Mario is looking like a first day pick.

you didint even know which number he was based on what you wrote in your other thread, and you gave him no credit for a good play. you have no credibility and obviously had an issue with him before the game

ok jackass, I knew he was 96 he went off hurt and 97 came in for him
I may not have made that clear but watching the game it was hard not to notice what number he was

let me add this, I had no grudge against him I dind't see the reason for the hype this is the second game I've seen and he hasn't done anythign in either game
if you watched the game did you think he had played well?
