FLASHBACK: DEM LEADER HARRY REID ALL SMILES AT PATRIOT ACT SIGNING

THE DRUDGE REPORT has uncovered a photograph of President Bush signing the Patriot Act in the East Room of the White House on October 26, 2001.

And standing over the President’s shoulder with a smile on his face is Democratic Senate Minority Harry Reid (D-NV)!

Reid is currently leading efforts in the Senate to block the renewal of the Patriot Act.

After Reid successfully prevented the Patriot Act’s renewal late last week the Senator attended a Democrat political rally and proudly declared, “We killed the Patriot Act.

The key words being "RENEWAL OF THE PATRIOT ACT".

Do you HONESTLY think they would sign a bill that did not have a sunset provision?? It was needed after 9/11, but now that time has come and gone.

Hypocrisy indeed! :l:hahaha:

I guess the Republican thing to do at a signing is to puff out your 7 or 8 chins like the fat **** next to Reid ?

God help you if you get caught smiling...

And finding conservative hypocrisy is easy too.

WorldNetDaily recently published an article criticizing the New York Times' publishing of the Bush/NSA matter when the article's writer had a book on the matter coming out soon. However, what WND never told you was that they've got conflicts of interest coming out the wazoo. Just one example: WND's pieces on the Iran Freedom Foundation doesn't mention that a. Jerome Corsi, its founder, has books published by WND,and b. Joseph Farah,WND's editor-in-chief,is a member of the group's board of directors.
