Little off the true pizza subject but the Pizza Plant does those "pods" that are crazy if ordered right.

Casillo's Transit Rd. Depew. Such a stereotypical Buffalo Pizza joint. Great subs too.

Since 1946, when Dino Pacciotti and his brother-in-law Michael Sacco purchased a bar on Hickory Street called "Bocce Club," and began serving pizza snacks, Bocce's has been known for serving the best pizza in Buffalo.
Always innovators, Bocce Club was one of the first to offer take-out pizza. By the mid-1970s, Bocce Club had introduced the first half-baked pizza for those who wanted fresh-cooked pies on their own timetables. And Bocce's always uses the freshest, most natural ingredients, from 100% whole milk mozzarella cheese to dough that is made from scratch daily!
Today, Bocce's partially baked pizzas are shipped FedEx overnight all over the United States.

Taste the Bocce tradition!
http://www.tpbweb.com/image_mgr/account_images/18134d.gifBocce's delicious partially-baked 18" pizza, loaded with cheese and pepperoni, will be shipped to you FedEx overnight. If you live in the continental U.S., you'll receive your pizza the next day.
Then simply pop your partially-baked pizza into a preheated, 450 degree oven and bake for 5-8 minutes. Isn't your mouth watering for Bocce Club pizza right now?

Yep. Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's. All skank pizza. But all of the homegrown pies are outstanding. I am making my rounds about Buffalo to be sure of that. :D

New York City Pizzeria on Allen St. has some pretty good NYC style slices, the best I've been able to find in Buffalo. In terms of the thicker WNY style pizza, Bocce's is where it's at.
Also, I'm a sucker for the 3 cheese steak pizza at Just pizza.

I'd have to say Pasquale's in EA, but only because I could walk there from home.
I don't remember when they took over/replaced the Shell station that was on that corner, but I believe the contamination in the groundwater beneath the restaurant adds a special something to the pizza. Mmmmmmm. :)
Was back in EA for 9 days, had pizza 3 or 4 times. Mmmmmmmm.

I'll go Miller, for sure.
Losman or Holcomb? Unlike the pizza debate, there are no winners there.
And thanks for the welcome.

Good old "Wally's Market". At one time they had a decent meat selection (meats were what kept them in business). Wally's was a store owned and run by my brother in law's parents for years. It was located at the Sheridan Project, or so it was once called, which sadly at it's best, was a poor excuse for a trailer park.
The "pizza" place was "Di...." something and I thought their pizza was decent the few times I had it.
It wasn't a Domino's....

Doesn't anyone go out to Orchard Park anymore??? Anyone heard of Capelli's on Orchard Park Rd?? Some of the best pizza around. A close second is Pasquale's on Seneca St. right by the 400 exit.
