Brees vs Plummer

I have both these guys on my roster but rarely seem to start the right one. Two weeks ago I started Plummer and Brees threw 4 TDs. Last week I thought I'd go with the hot hand and start Brees only to see Plummer out score him (although I could have outscored Brees and his 0 TDs and 4 INTs). Anyway, who's the better start this week?

Brees at home against Oakland or

Plummer on the road in Kansas City

Plummer is safer, but I like Brees at home, against Oakland.

It's going to be pretty cold in Arrowhead this weekend, and both teams will try to run each other into the ground.

Brees, on the other hand, should have a great day against a weak Raider secondary in sunny California, especially if Gates is fully recovered.
