I think the sabres know him too well and matched up well, miro is a good player, but like you guys said, he is only good when he wants to be! Which he wasn't happy in Buffalo. I think we would have been better off moving him a couple years ago, and at least getting something out of him, but that's a different story.

He has 12 goals, which leads the team, 7 assits for 19 points. Even if he didnt show up last night, he has so far this season. With those stats, if he had them as a Sabre, would be tied for the team lead in goals, and second in points, both behind Briere. So I wouldnt say hes having that bad of a season..althought hes probably better of elsewhere.

Scoring has never been his problem. He lead our team for years. The issue he does not show up in big games. He will be on vacation until mid January now. Then he will turn it up just in time to disappear for the playoffs.
