Tim Duncan showing some 'nads.

"I think it's a load of crap," Duncan said. "I understand what they're trying to do with the hats and do-rags and jerseys and stuff. That's fine. But I don't understand why they would take it to this level. I think it's basically retarded.

"I don't like the direction they're going, but who am I?"

Who are you? Um, maybe one of the best players in the NBA. Thanks for speaking finally.

I like what Kobe had to say about the dress code.

"It really doesn't matter to me. We're just talking about clothes. I can understand what the NBA is trying to do. I love my sneakers, but we're just talking about clothes."

Personally, I think the part in the dress code where they aren't allowed to wear Chains or Medallions is plain idiotic.

I have no problem at all w/ this rule, it's about image and the NBA doesn't want the thug image anymore(even though they helped create it by marketing it). Things have gotten out of control in recent years and this is a small step to regaining some professionalism.

It's a b.s. rule. The day my boss says I can't wear windpants and a baseball hat on my way to or from work is the day I file a lawsuit. What you wear while NOT working, is none of the NBA's business.
