Comcast high speed.

I get that and the entire cable package (even though I also have DirecTV) for only $55/month.

Sweet deal. I got on board when they first started offering it here as a promotion.

Modem during June, July, and August, its not bad though its a local connection that offers a speed up for an extra $5 that really makes a big differance

switched from Aol broadband to Verizon DSL.

No comparison. Best move and saved $15 a month.

Man, I thought this was a cool drug thread. :D I get ripped off by Adelphia every month, while they offer new customers 14.95 a month for 4 months. That total is what I pay per MONTH. BASTARDS!!!

No comparison. Best move and saved $15 a month.

My family jumped from EarthLink(which,to be fair,never gave us any problems)to Verizon DSL because someone else who uses my computer was fed up with the slowness of the net via dial-up.

DSL (recently) and shared broadband at the University. I'm limited to 640 MB/month though.

I have Adam's cable (small cable company). They messed up my billing, so I only have to pay $14.95 a month for basic cable, but nothing for internet. I've got the highest they offer too, 2.5M, and I get it free. Suckers.
