according to G4TV.

they say sony expects to take losses for the 1st yr and make it up the next, because the cost to make the ps3 is just over $400.

I agree. I'm not getting one, but from what i've read that seems like the better choice.

I think Im going to hold out for the new nintendo console, and maybe the PS3 too. The 360 doesnt impress me much

I guess the new Nintendo console, you can download any game ever made for any nintendo system. If that is the case, I might have to get one. I miss the old school games like RC Pro Am and games like that.

you will be able to dl those for a fee, and they are still debating weather or not they will charge just for the on line capability

Xbox blows PS2 out of the water.

Meh....I can already do that on my PC and modded xbox. Besides the whole emulator sector of the market is completely pointless I could go buy a n64, snes, and nes and a bunch of games for like under $30.
