and the refs couldn't do anything to stop them this time (and althought they do get a lot of BS calls.. mostly non calls on their shots... they still need to quit their complaining and stop focusing on it)

Pistons won because they are the defending champs and played with more energy in a must win situation for them. But the Spurs will match that intensity in game 4. Pop will be all over his guys and they will come out with more intensity and passion. The Spurs are still the clear cut better team and should take this in either 5 or 6.

of course this part of his article is total crap, and proves he just doesn't get why the average person doesnt like the NBA

hey scoop a little newsflash for you ....people want to be entertained and in the NBA for a casual fan it means running and gunning and having guys who can actually score consistantly. ps i think you are a moron, no one cares that big ben is married to a "sista" hell before your article no one probably even knew

Big Ben is pretty white actually. He's articulate, unemotional, not against being a role player, and has a HIGH MOTOR.

Defense usually wins championships, except in the NBA. I mean yea, the Pistons D team won it last year, but usually the NBA is all about points and offense ya know?
