Depends.

The best comedy I've seen is a little known movie called Brain Donors.

Other great movies are Let it Ride, The Last Boy Scout, The Sixth Sense

The Last Boy Scout
that's a really under rated movie.

I have a bunch of favorites, but picking an all-time favorite is tough. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory maybe.

The Last Boy Scout????? You have to be kidding me. Please tell me that Bruce Willis' and Wayans' movie was a remake of a great McQueen and OJ Simpson movie.

Ever hear of The Godfather?

I feel the best part was showing Wayan's girl(was it Halle Berry?). Oh yeah, and she got gunned down. That's when the movie did too. :D

I love all three Godfather movies, but it is such an easy answer.

As for the Last Boy Scout, it had great one liners, lots of action, and included that picture of "Satan Clause"!

I really like the part in the beginning when the football player loses it pulls out a gun and shoots everyone trying to tackle him. "Ain't life a bitch?"

I have to agree with Willy Wonka original version.. I, too, am a little leary of the remake. Let it ride was with Richard Dreyfus, when he was having, "...a really good day!" Sixth Sense was good, scared my wife when we watched it the first time.

How about the new Star wars movie? Haven't seen it yet.

"Koyaanisquatsi" Life Out of Balance 1983

This movie took five years to make and is crazy. No actors, very little talking (if any) and the music sounds like something out of a casio commercial. The basic guideline is the Earth before human civilization, urban sprawling, pollution then the planets demise. Leaves you feeling a little empty but better understanding your surroundings. One of the great scenes is when the night overhead shot of a city (LA I believe) turns into a giant computer chip (the machine). The movie would kick ass if it gets re-released and showed in an I-Max theatre.

http://imdb.com/title/tt0085809/

Koyaanisquatsi is Hopi for life out of balance.

Meet Joe Black
The Truman Show

As a student we always went to sneak previews. For a while they showed the Meet Joe Black trailer, which was great fun because the whole audience went nuts cheering when Brad Pitt was hit by the car. Then they actually showed the movie, and it must have been the most boring 24 hours (it seemed to be that long) of my life. I like slow films. I love 2001 space oddisey. But this meaningless and stupid dialogues that drag on and on. I never went to a sneak preview again.

The other two are great though.
