A nice big plate of spaghetti in a mushroom sauce with meatballs and garlic bread.

My mothers home made Mannicotti. She makes the crepe type macaroni from scratch. In addition to the tomato gravy which she makes from scratch. Starting with the plum tomatoes that she grows in her garden. YUMMMY.

appetizer: raw flank steak
main course: spicy salt squid
dessert: corn pudding
drink: sake and vietnamese beer
