and as for the topic, I'm partial to cats. Had one or 2 since I was like 8 years old. But don't have one now, maybe that's why I'm bitter all the time. :hmm:

Land: Tigers are awesome. I love that scene in Apocolypse Now with Chef and the Tiger.

Sea: Orcas pretty much rock.

Air: Ever see a Bald eagle in the wild up close. One came out of no where on golf course I was playing. It swooped about 15' from me and picked up a huge black snake in its talons and took off. I was by myself and stood stunned for a couple of minutes as it flew away and I then said... "That was AAAAAWWWWWWEEESOME!

We're starting to see these babies (great grey owls) here more and more often, which is unusual because their range is usually much further north.

I spotted one two days in a row last month on the microwave tower that I pass by on my walk to work. I hope he stays a while and takes care of the mofo pidgeons in my neighborhood.

"Yeah, Ligers are pretty much my favorite animal"

For whatever reason i've always thought Bison were one of the coolest animals. Especially the big bulls with the furry coat. They just look like they could withstand a nuclear blast if it happened. They're like a brick wall on 4 legs.

Last summer, when I drove cross country, I saw wild Buffalo's 4 or five times.

The first instance was just into Nebraska's "short grass prarie" coming from the Black Hills area of S.D. There was a whole heard on the side of the road, 12-15. They were mostly youngins' with their mother. I got with 25 feet of them, which was pretty stupid, and got some great shots.

As we were driving away we saw a giant male running full speed across the prarie towrds the heard. It was really cool.

The Duckbilled Platypus. This animal alone is the reason why I know God has a sense of humor.

Wolverine Blues - Performed By Entombed (Hollowman EP)

The wolverine.

A 40 to 50 pound member of the weasel family. Indiginnous (Spelling) to Canada, the Pacific northwest, and Upper midwest. Pound for Pound the most vicious animal on the earth.

Are known to attack many animals many times its size. Are known to drive away bears, included, from their kills. A beast that cannot stand to watch other creatures enjoy a good feed. Often blitzing them just to get what remains of their kill.

Equipped with a highly efficient digestive system, Wolverines eat fast, digest fast, **** fast, and are always hungry. They possess a huge appetite to go along with their general nastiness.

All these miserable little bastards want to do is kill, eat and occasionally ****, other members of their mistintreipid breed...

Looks like this one just withstood one.

Why is their fur or whatever always look so worn away? Or is it like male pattern baldness for us? LOL
