This topic has been strining this board for a while. I don't think we'll draft a kicker. Nugent is likely a 2nd round pick. since that is our 1st pick, i see other pressing needs to address than a kicker. But, let's go to the Polls and Vote.

I honestly don't think there's anything more pressing than getting a new kicker. But i don't think TD will draft one. Not his style. 2nd and 3rd rounders are for slow, undersized DE and DT's

Don't forget .. Slow undersized, high motors, and white. :judge:

Its doubtful. But I do expect the Bills to bring someone to at least compete with Lindell. They already have signed Pochman and sent him to NFL Europe.

I say no. I think Donahoe is satisfied with Lindell and feels he has bigger issues than replacing a guy he went out and got. I don't see it happening.

with our lack of good picks this year, each one becomes more and more valuable...WE SIGN A STREET FREE AGENT AT BEST.

I could see us drafting a kicker late. Maybe like Dusty Mangum from Texas.

i wouls really love to see TD draft Nugent but if it sounds to impossible then at least bring in a free agent, just please TD get rid of Lindell

No...b/c Nugent will be gone before TD is willing to take him

I would love to have Nugent if he's available.

If we want use a late round draft pick on a Kicker, I'm all for it, but we really need to invest as much as possible into the future of this OL.

No way man. You're trying to have your cake and eat it too. You've already told us that Kelsay was a solid player. This is my argument, and I'm glad that you've seen the light.

Nugent to the Bills with their 2nd round pick. When we get DeMulling and Shelton signed the OL will be fine and open the door for selecting Nugent.

None of the above. I think they could draft a kicker late. David Raynor or Joe Rheem.

Amen.

How could any other draft strategy make sense for us. This is one time I believe we should pass on "taking the best player available". Please draft some lineman.

True that. You can get a new kicker every season, and you know what? who cares. But with a young offense, you need a rock solid line.

When the deals are made we will have an average to above average line. And that kind of mentality about the kick position is the reason we don't have a good one. We have had a revolving door at kicker since Christie. Most all good teams have a solid and very reliable kicker which we do not. Lindell can't make a kick from >40 yards. WE NEED NUGENT, HE WILL BE RELIABLE< AND MAKE US BETTER.

The reason they wion't is arrogance. A TD special.....We'll have to endure another year of Rian time...
