i know you guys didn't watch the game, because you don't really know what your talking about? flutie was by no means cost them that game, the announcers will tell you he was the best player on the field besides david boston, he orchestrated a 99 yeard scoring drive where he went 11-11. come on boys don't let the hatred make you say ridiculous things. give him some credit would ya, his D let him down yesterday. san diego is by no means a playoff team, and L.T> has hit a wall.

WYS-but I thought w/l's don't mean anything. He had a great passing day. Just admit it, he played well.

Yeah, he played real well for 2 drives!
What about the other 8-10 or so drives?

Even though I'm not saying much, I think I have to stick to that one thread...

MWUHAHAHAHAHA...... :elaugh:
Falling into my carefully set trap... hehehe...
It'll die down next week after a thorough spanking @ Seattle. Seattle's gonna be lookin' for some revenge too after last season's loss at the hands of Flutie w/ the Bills. A thorough toasting. They should know how to defend him by now. They've been playin' pretty well at home this year for the most part. S.D.'s struggled on the road.
We'll see. I'm still curious how many games Riley waits to put Brees in. I mean the S.D. offense has only averaged less than 15 ppg w/ Flutie in there. It'd be tough to get fewer on average.

BTW, I consider this general football banter. I'm tryin' really hard to not bust on Flutie here. Truly. Just discussin' the game however.

Seems to me you're being civil - atleast in this thread...;)
The guy threw like Bledsoe , in a way - 33 completions on 44 attempts, no INT, but not enough points. Wonder how Holmgren is planning to take on the Bills for a little revenge!! No headin for the bus this game...
