Out of curiosity, how much wing sauce are you selling? Is it picking up for you?

Retail's going OK. I'm still not breaking even each month. I've got the gift packs available now for the holidays too. I'm gonna put the pics and tailor the site this week. But I'm close to signing w/ a few decent sized restaurant chains. Plus I'm looking for an investor to start our own.

I should be fine in another 6 months. I'm getting some great feedback and winning some nice awards and recognition. The big bucks are to be had in food service.

Don't do it. You won't get rich with a restaurant and it's not worth the stress. You have experience with that?

No, I don't actually want to own the restaurant. I want to own my biz which provides the sauce to the restaurants! Two separate things. I have operational experience but not GM or financial restaurant experience. I wouldn't want to own a restaurant. I wouldn't mind being involved in training and Quality control however in a limited role.
