Now that they've partnered with Verizon there's no way access will be free as initially intended, but still a huge boost for wireless technology. Unfortunately, the deal screws the rest of Pennsylvania because the govenor had to appease the telephone companies so his donations and kickbacks didn't stop rolling in, but eh.
