I have a question: I've got an older PS2 - about two years old - and I've heard that older systems will have some problems loading the environment fast enough to keep up with your movement at times.

Does the PS2 hard drive extension make any difference in the processing power or loading times for games? Would it help my system load quicker if I get GTA and it turns out it processes a little slow?

I have a PS2 that is over 2yrs old and I do not have any problems.

Just a ploy to try to get you to buy a new system.
