Folks,here's a painful fact we have to face: You can police the bars all you want,but people will still find a way to get their booze in before they get to the park-whether it's at a bar in their neighborhood,a corner store,a supermarket,etc. Did the authorities think of that? (Maybe-maybe not,but the point's now moot.)

I have to give the Boston PD credit for stepping up to the plate and admitting,basically,"You know what? We screwed up. We take full responsibiliy. We're sorry this happened." However,I still think a lawsuit will be filed in this matter one of these days.
