For 99$ ive been thinking about it just to play their exclusive games like metroid and eternal something... what do you guys think?

I wouldn't do it. Then again I play mostly sport games on X-Box and some old RPG's for NES. So I personally have no desire for the Gamecube.

Even for 45 bucks I wouldn't get one.

I think it's worth 45 bucks. Try your hand at Super Smash Brothers Melee and Mario Kart: Double Dash. They may seem like kiddie games, but they are alot of fun.

The big negative I've heard about the Game Cube is that the sports games don't translate well to that system. Other than that, they do have a lot of cool games for it. It's a good system for RPG's and action/adventure titles.

I'd do it. In fact, I did. Last week I bought the Metroid Prime GC bundle. The GC plus Metroid Prime. Also the past week Zelda: Windwaker, Mario Golf, Animal Crossing, Viewtiful Joe, SSX3, Mario Sunshine, and I think a few others have dropped in price down to 19.99 which is good.

I'd buy it. The game library is almost half decent now and you can't beat the price. :niterider
