More details emerge in the case of a woman who reportedly ran over a man with her SUV.

Lori Ann Smith called her boyfriend's uncle Saturday night and told him to go check on his nephew.
"I think I hit him with the Jeep ... no, I know I hit him," she told George Newcomer, according to court documents charging her with attempted homicide.
State police allege Smith ran over Ray Wise's head and back after an argument at their home in Chanceford Township on Saturday night. The 32-year-old is also charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Wise survived the attack but sustained a 10-inch-long tear to his scalp that was open about one inch, exposing his skull. The 38-year-old needed plastic surgery to repair the damage, state police said.
