This is a strong pickup for LA. I like Conroy, he's a two-way player who likes to skate with the puck. This is a huge blow to Calgary

Conroy has some strong ties to the Kings organization via Clarkson.

Craig grew up in Potsdam and his mom worked at the school.

Kings GM Dave Taylor is the best player ever to come out of Clarkson.

And Kings Director of Player Personnel has been both head coach and AD at Clarkson.
