3 year old iMac - grw up on Macs. wife does graphics

G4 powerbook 866. Same thing. Broke or it would be better.

I'll have a G5 by september though.

I think when i start school in the fall i will be doing video editing on a mac.

:( I have to learn a whole new OS

Mac OSX "Tiger" is supposed to be out by the end of the year. Try holding off till then.

Ask them for a 5 year old OS - it will be just like the current windows OS

Two of our four computers a macs, and I prefer to use those two over the other because of ease.

I have a "Panther" and Powerbook G4 (??)
