Yeah, I did when they passed the Jays in the standings. I see the Devil Rays winning the 2005 World Series, because the Bucs won the 2002 Super Bowl (I know the game was in 03, but it was for the 02 season), the Storm won the 2003 Arena Bowl, and the Lightning won the 2004 Stanley Cup, so I guess the Devil Rays are next. I can see a trend when it is happening.

:?: I def didn't notice that. Of course if i was playing for them i would be scared to lose with "Lose It" Lou Pinnela running the show.

It is quite a story. It will be interesting to see if they can keep it going and maybe snag a wildcard this year. Although that would be very doubtful....

Piniella made the prediction before the year started that the Rays would not be in last place this year. Despite a slow start, it looks like he will be right, especially with the way Baltimore is playing . .
